Customer Service Advisor

Dublin Express is currently hiring Full Time Customer Service Advisors to work onsite at Dublin Airport — one of Europe’s busiest international transport hubs.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for travellers arriving in or departing from Ireland. You'll be responsible for delivering clear information, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth experience for those using our services. Whether it’s a visitor’s first time in Dublin or a frequent traveller, you’ll represent Dublin Express with confidence, efficiency, and professionalism.

Location: Dublin Airport, working outside Terminal 1 and 2

Shift Pattern:
Alternating shifts (Monday–Sunday)

  • 07:00 – 15:30
  • 08:00 – 16:30
  • 10:00 – 18:00
  • 16:00 – 00:30

Flexible availability including weekends and bank holidays

What you’ll do…

  • Act as the first point of contact for all customers, providing clear and accurate information
  • Sell tickets and travel products using our hand held systems, accepting both cash and card payments
  • Assist customers during service changes or delays by offering alternative travel options
  • Handle luggage and assist with coach boarding
  • Maintain high safety and operational standards across the station
  • Communicate with team members and drivers to ensure smooth day-to-day running of services

  • Previous experience in a front-line or fast-paced customer-facing role
  • Confidence working independently and making decisions on the spot
  • Good physical stamina, working outdoors for extended periods
