Transport is such an integral part of daily life, the history of National Express can be traced back to the early part of the 20th Century. Since then, we have developed an award winning service that offers our customers excellent value.
The National Express name first appeared on UK coaches in 1972, and the Company was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1992. The Group operates in the UK, Continental Europe, North Africa, North America and the Middle East and we employ over 49,000 people and operates over 30,000 vehicles.
Whilst we take enormous pride in our ability to deliver a great service, we are equally proud of our people.
Maintaining our high standard of quality (and exceeding where possible) and working with industry bodies where possible to keep our business focussed on the industry and any new developments as they materialise.
