At National Express we operate an wide range of apprenticeship programmes for our existing employees and new recruits. We currently have 87 apprentices on 25 different apprenticeship courses, ranging from a Level 2 to a Level 7 - Level 7 is the equivalent of a Master’s Degree.

Apprenticeship training is fully funded using our apprenticeship levy and provides a great option for personal development.

We also pledge £250K of our levy to the West Midlands Combined Authority to support businesses around the region to fund apprenticeship training.
