Finance Assistant - Level 2

• Duration - The training element will typically take up to 13 months to complete with approximately 20% off the job learning.

• Salary - Real Living Wage.

• Entry Requirements - GCSE or equivalent in English (Desired), GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics (Desired).

As a Finance Assistant Apprentice at National Express is responsible for assisting the finance team with junior accounting duties. Your role would be an integral part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within a business.

Your work could include basic bookkeeping activities, working with sales and purchase ledgers, running calculations to ensure that records and payments are correct, recording of cash and data entry.

Apprentices will need to achieve the AAT Foundation certificate in accounting (Level 2).
