Process Improvement Technician - Level 3

• Duration - The training element will typically take up to 14 months to complete with approximately 20% off the job learning.

• Entry Requirements - GCSE or equivalent in English (Desired), GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics (Desired)

  

As a Process Improvement apprentice, you will provide fundamental support in the successful delivery of Continuous Improvement programmes across National Express, as part of the Business Excellence team.

You will learn a variety of Continuous Improvement tools and techniques including Root Cause Analysis and Lean methodologies.

You will also obtain an understanding of how to identify “current state” processes, how to assess them for improvement opportunities, and how to identify appropriate solutions.
