We’re seeking a visionary procurement leader to join Mobico Group and shape the future of our indirect procurement strategy across multiple high-impact categories. As Director of Indirect Procurement, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovation, transformation, and long-term value across our organisation—at a time of exciting change and opportunity.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across Technology, Marketing, HR & Professional Services, Facilities Management, and Property
- Lead major contract negotiations and complex sourcing projects, owning a sub-category as well as the full indirect portfolio.
- Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable P&L savings and strategic value
- Manage and strengthen key supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation, and risk management
- Uphold best-in-class governance, compliance, and supplier performance standards
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team
- Serve as a key member of the Procurement Leadership Team, contributing to our group-wide transformation programme.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership in indirect procurement with a successful track record in cost savings, value creation, and supplier innovation
- Deep category expertise across Technology, HR, Marketing, FM, and Property
- Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing executive and C-suite stakeholders
- A transformational mindset—passionate about modernising procurement and driving continuous improvement.
