In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee strategic sourcing and category management across key direct procurement areas, including fleet, maintenance, parts, repairs, and on-board technology. You’ll deliver cost savings, enhance supplier relationships, and drive long-term value across our operations.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver category strategies across defined direct spend areas
- Lead tenders, supplier negotiations, and commercial sourcing activity
- Identify and implement cost savings, process improvements, and value opportunities
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ensure supplier performance, contract compliance, and effective governance
- Contribute to the wider procurement transformation through better tools, reporting, and data use
- Coach and develop team members to enhance capability and performance

What You’ll Bring
- Significant experience managing direct procurement categories in a mid-to-large organisation
- Proven track record of delivering category management and sourcing success
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills across multiple spend areas
