Customer Service Advisor Full Time

Airside Transport Services is one of our newest ventures and this role is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow our fledgling business into a major part of our new premier parking service at Dublin Airport. 

We are hiring for full time Customer Service Advisors to join our diverse and dynamic team to support the elevation of the overall airport experience.

Running a 24/7 service, shifts will be 

  • 11pm to 7:30am
  • 3am till 11:30 am
  • 7 am til 3:30am
  • 11 am till 7:30pm
  • 3pm to 11:30 pm 
  • 3am till 09:30pm (maybe subject to change)

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be outdoor working as the face of our valet parking operation. You will meet and greet each customer dropping off or picking up their vehicle, directing them as appropriate and ensuring customers' valuable items have been removed or are stored safely. With an awareness of the end-to-end operation, you will receive training to support your team in either a Driver or Team Leader function if required.

What you’ll need…

  • Good level's of stamina are required as you will need to be available to assist customers while working outside
  • Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to deal with people effectively and with ease  
  • A proactive ‘want to help’ attitude
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced working environment
  • Basic computer literacy [Social Media experience desirable]
  • A Full valid UK/ EU car licence [desirable]
  • The ability to work shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays to meet business demands

What you’ll do…

  • Assisting with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone, by email or social channels
  • Managing all queries and complaints in the first instance and escalate as appropriate
  • Maintaining an accurate handover process, including vehicle key receipts and paperwork
  • Maintain accurate key management; keeping an up to date list for of vehicle keys needed by hour [considered flight arrival times/delays], scanning out vehicle keys for Drivers or Team Leaders, securing vehicle keys dropped off by customers, completing vehicle key audits at regular intervals and managing a daily reconciliation
  • Initial investigation and review of complaints or damage claims, escalating for further investigation on to the Team Leader or Operations Manager as appropriate
