We have a fantastic part time opportunity for a Fixed Term Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Manchester Coach Station.
This onsite role will include shift work, working Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Schedule
- The Role is 28.5 hours per week, ideally working 9.5 hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Shifts may be any time between 06:30 and 19:30.
- These days can be potentially spread over 4 days, but Friday, Saturday, Sunday are non-negotiable.
Please note, the role will not begin until May, and is a Fixed term contract for 12 months.
The Customer Service Advisor role will put you in the centre of the hustle and bustle of a busy environment, selling tickets in and around Manchester Coach Station, answering customer queries, guiding them to their location, and ensuring our high standards of health and safety are continually met.
