Location: Luton Airport Coach Station
Schedule: 3 on / 2 off rotating. Shifts are 9.5 hours long, including a 30 minute break.
Interview Date: Thursday 16th April (onsite)
Shifts: Early: 07:00 to 16:30. Late: 14:00 to 23:30
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be right at the heart of the action. You’ll provide helpful and friendly support to passengers and staff in a busy transport hub. Whether it's selling tickets, answering questions, pointing someone in the right direction, or helping keep everyone safe – your role will make a real difference to someone’s day.
