Team Leader

We have an exciting new opportunity to join us  as a Team Leader as a major part of our new premier parking service at Dublin Airport. 

Running a 24 hour service, shifts will be 03:00 am to 11:30 am, 11:00am to 19:30 and 19:00 to 03:30 am. 

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the day to day running of the valet parking team, as direct line management to our Drivers and Customer Service Advisors, providing direction and maintaining the efficient daily running of the service.

What you’ll need …

  • Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to deal with people effectively and with ease  
  • Proven people management, inclusive of development training
  • Ability to handle any minor mechanical issues with a car 
  • A Full valid UK/ EU car licence 
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced working environment
  • Basic computer literacy 
  • The ability to work shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays to meet business demands

What you’ll do …

  • Direct line management of Drivers and Customer Service Advisors to provide direction of vehicle runs and duties throughout the day, completing preparatory work to the cars to ensure they are ready for departure for the Driver [such as de-icing]
  • Responsible for directing drivers to their appropriate parking location in the Green Car Park to ensure all vehicles are moved efficiently throughout the day
  • Responsible for vehicle key management including daily vehicle counts
  • Management and driving of a runner vehicle, ensuring it is charged and readily equipped with petrol and diesel in the event this is required for customer vehicles
